Shipping Policy

At Sticky Prints Graphics, we take great care in ensuring your custom and non-custom items arrive safely and on time. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and policies.

 

1. Order Processing Time

• Custom Orders: Processing times for custom orders vary depending on the design complexity, approval process, and production schedule. On average, custom orders ship within 5-10 business days after final approval.

• Non-Custom Items: Ready-made products ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days)

• Overnight Shipping (1 business day) (if available)

 

Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include processing time.

 

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (check our website for current promotions).

 

4. Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Sticky Prints Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or carrier before contacting us.

 

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@stickyprints.graphics so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can work on a resolution.

• Stolen Packages: Sticky Prints Graphics is not responsible for stolen packages. If package theft is a concern, we recommend shipping to a secure location.

 

6. International Shipping

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

 

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Sticky Prints Graphics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
